Alongside her team, co-founder of Perelel, Alex Taylor, has set out to support women through every stage of their hormonal lifecycle and path to motherhood. They create doctor-made trustworthy vitamin routines and recently launched their newest product, Synbiotic Greens Powder. "We're launching the first greens powder made specifically for women. And it's also the first greens powder safe for pregnancy," said Alex. "The options currently on the market are not. It's hard to have enough time to follow all these multistep, self-care, and health routines and this is just one simple thing you can do each day to ensure that you're taking care of yourself. And that's our hope with Perelel, to make it really easy."

That said, as a mother, Alex is always looking out for her children, and of course, her firstborn goldendoodle, Louie. "I love him as much as my children," she said. "We got him in early 2018 and he is such a special dog. I feel like we understand each other. He is genuinely my emotional support dog. If I'm feeling anxious or stressed, I give him a big snuggle he really centers me. Louis is one of my best friends."

”To that end, Louie treats Alex's two children like his brother and sister. "Louie tolerates them so much," she added. "They dress him up in all of their clothes. Yesterday, Louie wore a cape for half the day and he was super Lou. He's so tolerant and loving."
